DAY CARE CENTERS

  Mission Armenia provides a wide range of services to vulnerable groups through the Day Care Centers that the NGO has established in the regions and communities of the Republic of Armenia. Services are provided by multidisciplinary teams both at Day Care Centers and in the homes of beneficiaries, therewith making the vital assistance available also for the homebound people.

  • Prevention/rehabilitation services for the mentally disabled
       (at 3 Centers)

    8 marzes and 22 cities/towns in the Republic of Armenia
  • Yerevan
  • Gegharkunik – Sevan,  Gavar,  Martuni,  Vardenis,  Tshambarak
  • Lori  –  Vanadzor,  Spitak, Tashir,  Alaverdi
  • Shirak  –  Gyumri, Artik
  • Syunik  –  Sissian,  Goris, Kapan
  • Ararat   –  Artashat,  Ararat, Masis
  • Kotayk  –  Hrazdan,  Charentsavan,  Abovyan
  • Tavush  –  Berd


  •   Day Care Centers functioning in the marz centers also serve as focal points for coordinating and supervising the activities of all Day Care Centers that are located in the other cities/towns of the given marz.

    Beneficiaries
  • The elderly, the disabled and refugees
  • Refugees residing in temporary dwellings
  • Other vulnerable groups, such as families with many     children, the unemployed and others
