Beneficiaries:
8,000 vulnerable older/disabled persons, extremely vulnerable households
Activities:
Provision of center-based and out-reach social and healthcare services to the disadvantaged elderly/disabled;
Health/legal/psychological education through 5 Community Centers;
Provision of hot caloric meal through 27 soup kitchens;
Promotion to social partnership;
Raising awareness on the elderly problems in the society.
